- Plants engage in a secret life. They possess the power to use the sun's rays to make their own food. They absorb the light from the sun with their leaves then transform it into water and carbon dioxide and ultimately into a sugar called glucose that keeps them alive.
This amazing process goes on all around us, and my painting called "When Plants Sing" attempts to portray this transformational energy. This painting brings equal parts energy and calmness to any room in the home, including the kitchen.
